Inspired by the stories of a friend, I first joined Oscar Muñoz Galeano's classes in 2010. My curiosity quickly turned into wonder. I became fascinated by the seeming opposites of tranquility and alertness, relaxation and strength, passive and active forces - all brought to a state of union. Qigong and Tai Chi are an iceberg. A journey of discovery that knows no end.

As I wrote already, only direct experience and practice can tell you what Qigong and Tai Chi are. Practicing the movements will allow you to learn and understand the basic principles from where all of the movements originate. Practice can benefit you directly; understanding Qigong and Tai Chi knows many layers. Below videos will give you an idea of what practicing looks like.
